Christmas Favorites

Christmas is always a great time of year.

The Hubs and I both enjoy being able to spend the season

with are families and watching all the joy

in their eyes and hearing all the laughter that comes along with

putting us all together.

 

My Mother in Law make Christmas Candies every year and

the Hubs thinks it cant be Christmas with out it.

She sent over (we live next door to her)

Peanut Butter balls, chocolate fudge, peanut butter cookes,

rocky road fudge, and some other treat that I dont know the

name of but boy it was WONDERFUL!!

 

She will be the reason Im 300 lbs but the end of Christmas season.

 

And most importantly the Christmas season is to celebrate the

birth of our good Lord and Savior

JESUS CHRIST.

Dear Google....You are my friend....

It is turely amazing what things you can find on a Google search...

 

So we had a little problem earlier and we couldnt get the toilet unstopped....

Kinda not my area of great knowlege....

So what do I do.......? Turn to my good friend Google..

 

Type in how to unstop it when you are on a budget that wont allow you to call in the professionals....My answer?????? A home made way to fix it...

 

All you need is a little Dish shop and hot water!!!

 

I know sounds way to easy and wierd right? But IT WORKED!!!

 

Squeeze in a little dish soap and pour in in a large pan of HOT  water (tap not boining cause it will crack the bowl) from waste high (so that the water will push a little pressure on the clog)......Let it sit for a few mins, flush,  and

 PRESTO...

unclogged drain....

 

I did my little happy dance through the house ( thank goodness only the hubs saw it)

 

 

I WILL HUG HER AND SQUEEZE HER AND CALL HER......GEORGE?

So does anyone remember the old Bugs Bunny cartoon...." I will hug him and squeeze him and call him George"? Well I had my own experience of that short the other day.....


So as I woke up yesterday I notice that our cute little puppy and the hubs were not in the room anymore.

I walk into our livingroom and I find the hubs curled up on a couch covered in a camo snuggie with our little puppy asleep on his chest. It was too cute and well I was still half asleep so I didnt get the cute picture.  But not long after that I did hear him say "And I will love her, and squeeze her, and I will call her George" Well I busted out laughing and turned to look at him and this is what I saw......

 

 

She is supposed to be MY dog but she has taken up with her Daddy!!!  And I think he loves her too....Even if she does wake him at 630 every morning (like clockwork) but will let me sleep!!!!!

Alot has happened in the last year or year and a half since my last postin!! (I am gonna try to get better about this)

Camping, chilling with my fav cuz ( who by the way is only 4 years old), and married!!! Whew thats alot to tell.....

Whew that was alot.  We have a cute little house ( thats we are currently still working to fix up) right next door to the In Laws (good thing they like me and I like them huh?). Only a short drive....less than 5 mins......from my mom and g-parents.  Loving the married life but I am sure now that I have this up and going again there will be many funny posts from stuff from the Hubs and Stormy (shes a hoot too).
